CadenHQ is operated by Jeva Technologies ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using CadenHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use of Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
- You agree to use CadenHQ in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not misuse the platform, including fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
Credits and Billing
CadenHQ operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are consumed based on usage of the service. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may update pricing, credit costs, or billing structure at any time with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CadenHQ for:
- Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Sending spam, phishing, or abusive communications
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or exploiting the platform
AI and Automation
CadenHQ may generate automated or AI-assisted outputs. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee correctness, completeness, or suitability of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately.
Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Data and Privacy
Your use of CadenHQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process data only as necessary to operate and improve the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeva Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CadenHQ.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms, non-payment, or harmful activity.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CadenHQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
